All online orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of your purchase. Once your items are in route you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information via USPS.

RETURN POLICY

We mindfully hand pick and care for the items we stock to make sure that they're in the best possible condition. These items are vintage, which by definition means 25 years or older, wear and tear is a given. All stains are photographed and noted in the item description. For this reason, all vintage sales are final and non-refundable. For contemporary items and store Merch, we will accept returns/exchanges for 15 days after the item is received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges can be initiated by contacting us at info@trovesonoma.com, please include your order number in the email subject line.
